James F. Driscoll

James F. Driscoll, Esq., Executive Director

Prior to joining the Massachusetts Catholic Conference in April of 2011, Jim had served in the Office of General Counsel in the Office of the State Auditor as Associate General Counsel since 2007 and as General Counsel since 2009.  His previous public service was as General Counsel and Assistant Executive Director for the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission beginning there in 1984.  He began his career as legal counsel in the Office of the State Treasurer in 1983.

A 1973 graduate of Xaverian Brothers High School, Westwood, and a 1977 graduate of Providence College, he earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University in 1981. 

A resident of Scituate, Massachusetts and father of four children, he has served as a lector at Saint Mary of the Nativity in Scituate since 1990.  He has also served on the Scituate Knights of Columbus and as a Board Director and coach with the Scituate Youth Center.





Stephanie Acquaviva

Stephanie Acquaviva, Office Manager

Prior to joining the Conference in the Winter of 2018 Stephanie served as an Office Administrator at HKD Treatment Options in Quincy, MA and was a Director for the West Roxbury YMCA for several years. Stephanie is a children's choir director for the Collaborative Parishes of Saint Thomas Moore in Braintree and Sacred Heart Parish in Weymouth. She also co- directs a children's drama program for the Collaborative Parishes. Stephanie is currently a cantor for the Collaborative Parishes and is very involved with her Parish, Sacred Heart in Weymouth. 

A 2006 graduate of Fontbonne Academy in Milton, MA, and a 2011 Graduate of Anna Maria College in Paxton, MA, where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Music Therapy.
